Exhibition Questions the Line Between Art and Décor
Starting June 12, the hotel will host artist-designer Miklós Kiss’s (kissmiklos) Just Decoration exhibition for five weeks. The show delves into where art ends and decoration begins, pushing boundaries by encouraging visitors to question what truly deserves the label “art” and what is simply ornamental.
Each piece on display invites people to reconsider familiar narratives, challenging them to decide what elevates an object to fine art and what can be dismissed as mere embellishment. It’s not just another exhibit – it’s a conversation starter in one of Budapest’s (Budapest) most eclectic hotel venues.
