Savor the zest of chilled wines, delicious foods, live concerts, children’s programs, and a vibrant craft market—all along the pier-side promenade at the Györök Wine Promenade (Györöki BorKorzó) in Balatongyörök. The festival takes place July 17-20 and again August 8-10, 2025, transforming the tranquil promenade into the lively Wine Street (Borutca).

A Feast for the Senses

On Thursday, July 17, festivities kick off at 7 PM with the Magic Sounds Family Playhouse (Varázshangok Családi Játszóház) for children and the stirring music of the Zala Lakeside Concert Wind Orchestra (Zalai Balaton-part Koncertfúvós Zenekar). At 7:45 PM, the wine ladies and wine knights make a grand entrance for the official opening. The evening rolls on with music from the Strolling (Andalgó) band and ends in style with a late-night party powered by the Silver band.

Friday, July 18 brings the family playhouse again, along with a blend of pop and swing from the Zrínyi Pop Trio, and the genre-mixing sounds of Ádám and the JAZZrovaROCK band. The Crazy Monday band keeps the dance floor alive late into the night.

Saturday is packed with soulful performances, beginning with the Torres Dani Trio, then the blues of the Charlie Firpo Blues Band, and finally the Helios band closing out the night. Sunday offers more family fun, the Zsö-di Duo, and the Moon Sings Sun (HolddalaNap) band, before DJ Szasza wraps up the festival.
