For three days, from October 24 to 26, KPST Park between Castle Hill (Várpalota) and Pete’s Bath (Pétfürdő) transforms into a sprawling playground for car lovers, families, and nostalgia seekers. Nearly 300 iconic vehicles will be on display, offering visitors a rare chance to get up close to the mechanical legends that shaped everyday life. You’re not just watching from the sidelines—adventurous guests can drive special models like the articulated Ikarus C80 bus, a Rába fire truck, the IFA tractor-trailer, and a Renault Magnum truck. The event runs daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Retro Car Open-Air Museum
KPST Park is more than just a car show—it’s a journey through transport history. Wander freely among a rich lineup of classics, from roaring Ikarus buses to blaring fire engines and mighty semis. These aren’t just museum pieces; you can explore legendary buses, trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, and unique industrial machines in a vivid, open-air setting.
Experience Driving the Giants
Forget the velvet ropes. In select areas, you’re welcome to roam and, for the bold, actually drive these steel titans. It’s the perfect mix of nostalgia, engineering passion, and fun for all ages. If you’re a fan of old vehicles or just want a unique adventure, you’re in for a treat.
Meet the Stars of the Park
From over 700 vehicles, 300 have been specially chosen to showcase. Info-packed QR codes let you explore the stories behind legendary names: ARO, Ikarus, Fiat, Trabant, Wartburg, ZIL, Volkswagen, Lada, Skoda, Rába, Mercedes-Benz, and so many others.
