The Nagy László Cultural Center (Nagy László Városi Művelődési Központ) in Ajka kicks off the 2025/2026 concert season with an eclectic mix of classical, jazz, and light music. The season opens on October 21, 2025, when Szilvia Agárdi and Attila László join forces on stage. A week later, on October 28, choral harmonies fill the air with a musical evening courtesy of the Jubilate Women’s Choir.

November 12 brings a fresh twist on Vivaldi as Swing à la Django reinvents The Four Seasons with swing, jazz, Latin, and folk influences. Fans can look forward to familiar melodies in a completely new vibe.
Musicals, Carnival Fun, and More
On January 16, 2026, the stage presents Hangulat kell, semmi egyéb (“Mood Needed, Nothing Else”), a grand gala packed with operetta and musicals. February 25 takes a playful turn with Állatok farsangja másként (“Carnival of the Animals – with a Twist”), blending music, literature, and animal antics for all ages. The series wraps up on April 29 with Mi, muzsikus lelkek… (“We, Musical Souls…”), a musical theater night brimming with iconic operetta and musical hits performed by Tamás Kéméndi, Szilveszter Szélpál, and Anna Györfi.
