Every Thursday at 4:30 p.m., preschoolers get their “jóga-móka” at the Crystal Medical Center’s salt room in Tata, led by instructor Ildikó Németh. Sessions run 45 minutes, giving parents a breather while little ones dive into movement, play, and story-driven adventures.
What Is Children’s Yoga?
It’s active, imaginative, and wrapped in storytelling. Each class is built around a narrative that shapes kids’ values, blending drama—without costumes—with mindful, intentional movement. Think 45 minutes of synchronized motion, play, and tales—fully lived through. The teacher keeps a lively rhythm with rhymes, songs, and chants while guiding proper posture and flow.
Roots and Moves
Yoga isn’t a religion or a sport. It’s a millennia-old system from India that evolved naturally—and its practices are simple and nature-based. Animal-inspired moves form the core, expanded into sequences and playful progressions suited for small bodies and big imaginations.
