August 20–22, 2026, brings the “Concert for the Chapel” back for its 40th edition at the 38th Sitke Rock Festival (Sitkei Rockfesztivál), expanded to three days for the jubilee. The cream of Hungary’s rock and metal scene returns to Hercseg Hill (Hercseg-hegy), serving up loud riffs, a tight-knit vibe, and a good cause in a stunning setting. Think family-friendly, picnic blankets, and a lit-up chapel after dark. That’s Sitke.

Where to Stay
A former bourgeois house turned inn sits in the village center along the Sárvár–Celldömölk–Pápa route, 3.7 miles from Sárvár and 6.2 miles from Celldömölk. Its garden looks out toward Ság Hill (Ság-hegy) and Hercseg, with the chapel glowing beautifully at night.
