About the Wines

The family winery farms 24.7 acres in Paloznak with Olaszrizling (Welschriesling), Cserszegi Fűszeres, Zenit, and Cabernet Sauvignon, championing the comeback of Csopak wine so that Csopak Welschriesling (Csopaki Rizling) regains pride of place. Motto: “The best Csopak grows in Paloznak.” The new tavern in the Folk House courtyard pours wines, plus coffee and soft drinks.

Homola Estate

Open year-round (hours vary) with programs and pours on the Homola Wine Terrace: DJ in the Vineyard (DJ a szőlőben), live-music gastro nights, communal harvests, and workshops. Private events and team-building welcome. The estate hub sits in Paloznak, ringed by historic vines, farming 37 acres from Tihany to Alsóörs. Multiple vintages have achieved Gold-level Csopak Codex (Csopaki Kódex) wines; single-vineyard bottlings show the region’s unique potential.
