Expect hearty, rich, brilliantly crispy riffs on Hungary’s favorite heritage hog across multiple kitchens, built for winter appetites and casual bites.
What’s Cooking
Grab Mangalica pulled pork stuffed into a crusty Kaiser roll, dripping with juices and crunch. Try Mangalica shawarma folded into warm pita, spiced and sliced thin. Or go old-school with a Jókai-inspired seared Mangalica terrine, plated with bean salad and a smoky broth that nods to classic Hungarian comfort.
When and Where
It’s a weeklong takeover running Monday, January 26, through Sunday, February 1, at Time Out Market Budapest (Budapest).
