Friday: warm-up with live music
Arrivals on Friday are met with a generous buffet dinner accompanied by live music, setting a cheerful, social tone for the whole weekend. The welcoming atmosphere and plentiful spread immediately dial up the disznótor spirit.
Saturday: the full disznótor experience
The day opens in authentic style. Between 7:00 and 9:00 at reception, each guest gets one shot of pálinka and one cup of mulled wine. Then a hearty buffet breakfast runs 7:00–10:00.
At noon, tradition takes center stage with a buffet lunch: pork backbone soup with vermicelli and vegetables, toros cabbage, roast pork with potatoes, and fresh strudel.
Evening is the highlight: disznótor with live music and a lavish buffet dinner. Soups, roasted meats and ribs, hurka and kolbász, smashed potatoes with onions, stuffed cabbage, plus desserts including mézes krémes and pudding.
