Saturday: Full Pig-Slaughter Experience
The morning starts early in full feast mode. Between 7:00–9:00 at reception, each guest can grab one pálinka and one cup of mulled wine. Then a generous buffet breakfast runs 7:00–10:00.
At noon, the buffet leans into tradition: pork-bone soup with vermicelli and vegetables, toros cabbage, roasts with potatoes, and fresh strudel. The evening brings the highlight: the pig-slaughter dinner with live music and an epic buffet—soups; roast meats and ribs; blood sausage and regular sausage; mashed potatoes with onions; stuffed cabbage; and desserts including honey cream slice and pudding.
