Over 1.5–2 hours, preschool and primary school groups craft and engineer a shared story by building a puppet village and populating it with favorite characters. The tale evolves as the town takes shape—hands-on, imaginative, and collaborative.
Farsang Fever at the Library
On Friday, January 30 at 10:30 and 16:30, Géza Áprily presents Itt a farsang, áll a bál (Carnival Is Here, the Ball Is On), a spirited, musical, interactive carnival show at the BRTK Library children’s section. On Saturday, January 31 at 10:30, the Kálmán Imre Cultural Center (Kálmán Imre Művelődési Központ) hosts Rumini Ferrit-szigeten (Rumini on Ferrit Island), a two-part musical tale by Pesti Művész Színház, recommended for ages four and up. The beloved sailor mouse and crew face the deadly trap of Ferrit Island’s cruel mistress, escaping only through cunning, creativity, and selfless courage.
