Continental Hotel Budapest**** Superior blends Art Nouveau flair with modern design across 272 rooms, including 13 suites, offering high-speed internet and tailored business services. Five well-equipped conference rooms, underground parking, Wellness & Fitness, Massage, the ARAZ Restaurant, the Gallery Café & Corporate Lounge, inner courtyards, and a Panoramic Roof Garden all serve business travelers and city explorers.
ARAZ keeps things lively with varied weekly menus, a Sunday brunch offer, seasonal specialties, unique wine dinners, and more. In Budapest’s bohemian quarter, the kitchen fuses classic Hungarian traditions with state-of-the-art techniques to create something fresh — sometimes nudging the past into the future.
Another key stop is the faithfully restored Gallery Café, easiest to reach from the main entrance. It nods to the golden age of “Pesti Kávéházak” (Pest Coffeehouses), when the former Continental Hotel welcomed artists and writers — among them Attila József — and regulars from the Hungária Café often used the Hungária Bath’s services.
