The VII Boglart Festival hits Balatonboglár from August 26 to 30, 2026 (Wednesday to Sunday), right by Lake Balaton at Szabadság utca 28, 8630 Balatonboglár. This family-friendly folk and world music fest doubles as a music course, industry forum, and showcase at Babel Camp. Days focus on music lessons, evenings feature bands on two stages, followed by dancing till dawn in the folk pub. It’s a unique blend of camp and festival where learning meets Balaton summer vibes, creating an inspiring space for musicians and fans alike.
Daytime Learning, Nighttime Beats
The special atmosphere comes from mixing music camp with festival energy: workshops by day, dances and concerts by night. Performers often teach too, covering everything from Moldavian and string folk techniques to music business tips. Evenings conclude with dance houses followed by world music and electronic sets. After last year’s buzz, the showcase block returns for domestic and international pros to network and brainstorm. Góbé hosts as always.
