Kistarcsa’s 2026 event lineup bursts with fun for everyoneâfamily days, kids’ activities, youth gatherings, and adult entertainment all year long. Expect colorful festivals, craft workshops, markets, folk playgrounds, and plenty of relaxed entertainment to keep things lively.
April Kickoff
Kick off on April 2 with Attila Mercel’s talk on working in the film industry at DeĂĄktanyaâweekly educational lectures open to all, free entry, and you can join the Kistarcsa Cultural Association (Kistarcsai KulturĂĄlis EgyesĂŒlet). Same day, spring craft session for disadvantaged Kistarcsa kids and youth at DeĂĄk Ferenc Street 1 (DeĂĄk F. Ășt 1)âfree but registration required. It runs again April 7-10 there too. April 8, computer class for over-65s at CsigahĂĄz. April 9, Beatrix CsapĂł on GödöllĆ’s social garden at DeĂĄktanya. April 11, local history walk (Kistarcsa cemetery). April 13, Baby-Mama Book Club at the town library. More computer classes April 15, 17, 22, 24 at CsigahĂĄz. April 16, Kinga Tillmann on backpacking South America at DeĂĄktanya. April 17, Retro Quiz Night at CsigahĂĄz. April 18-19, Kistarcsa painters’ exhibition at CsigahĂĄz. April 23, librarian Ăgnes KovĂĄcs on King Matthias’s (MĂĄtyĂĄs) corvinas at DeĂĄktanya. April 25, wine tour. Wrap up April 30 with Ferenc Kardos on child protection stories at DeĂĄktanya.
