Jóga-móka for preschoolers takes place every Thursday at 4:30 p.m. in Tata, in the Crystal Medical Center’s salt room. Each session lasts 45 minutes, giving parents a short, well-earned break. Instructor: Ildikó Németh. Address: 2890 Tata, Ady Endre Street (Ady Endre utca) 22.
What Kids’ Yoga Looks Like
Movement is at the heart of the class, but everything is wrapped in play and story. Since stories shape a child’s values, each session follows a themed tale. From the outside, it feels like drama play without costumes—just intentional movement, full immersion, and a steady blend of motion, games, and narrative for 45 minutes.
Roots and Rhythm
Yoga isn’t a religion or a sport. Originating in India, it’s a millennia-old movement system that has evolved while staying natural and simple. Animal-inspired moves form the base, building into sequences and more challenging versions. Throughout the class, the teacher recites rhymes, sings, and chants while guiding proper form.
