The Virág Judit Gallery in Budapest opens its vault of stories and secrets with guided tours of Secessionist Zsolnay masterpieces at The Magician’s Garden exhibition. Visitors can now wander through 13,455 square feet of gallery space, as exhibitions and tours sprawl across expanded rooms at 30 Falk Miksa Street (Falk Miksa utca 30) in the 5th District’s Belváros-Lipótváros. Due to soaring demand, all guided tours for this show require registration — and many slots are already full.
Inside Zsolnay’s Golden Age
Led by experts István Törő, Anna Kelen, Nóra Tóth, and Magdolna Hársfalvi, the tours delve into the factory’s Secessionist heyday and the alchemy behind Zsolnay’s most dazzling ceramics. The gallery unveils a singular trove amassed over nearly three decades, finally letting the public revel in a collection long built behind the scenes.
