Budapest Jazz Club in the 13th District, 1136 Budapest, 7 Hollán Ernő St. (Hollán Ernő u. 7.), is set for a packed 2026. Expect live shows from Hungarian heavyweights and global stars in a pro-grade concert hall, plus a nostalgic café and a modern bistro worth a daytime drop-in. Concerts start at 20:00; the wildly popular jam sessions light up Tuesday to Saturday from 22:00.
UNESCO International Jazz Day Takes Over
April 28 kicks off with LFZE Open Jam: LFZE Open Mic Session, and the UNESCO Jazz Day Festival: Myrtill and the Swinguistique (Micheller Myrtill és a Swinguistique). April 29 doubles down: Random Wednesday (Random Szerda): Lőrinc Barabás & Anton Silaev (RU), then the Wednesday Open Jam with the Attila Rieger Trio. April 30 brings the Dániel Szabó Trio feat. Gábor Juhász, plus BJC Café Jam: Géza Jónás Trio. May 1 fires up Harmónia Jazzműhely with Christian Garrick (UK) & the József Balázs Trio, followed by a free UNESCO jam night. May 2 heats the room with the Richárd Révész Latin Quartet feat. Yulaysi Miranda & Elisabeth Herrera – Son Estilo. May 3 swings: BJC Big Band plays the Dave Pell Octet, then a free Sunday Jam.
