Kick off on May 7 with Filmio Movie Club screening Félvilág (Half the World). May 9 doubles up with Tehetségpaletta, a Hajdú-Bihar County talent showcase, and the Hajdúszoboszló Youth Chess Tournament. On May 15, stand-up star Zoltán Kőhalmi brings Fejben dől el to Dumaszínház at the Máté Kovács Cultural Center, tickets from about $20 to $24. Also May 15, the SZÍN-JÁTÉK exhibition opens, featuring painter Ferenc Uzonyi and fellow artists Veronika Lieszkovszky (photography) and Erika Pető (enamel), on view until June 5.
