May: Symphonies, puppets, and street vibes
May opens with two anchors: Vaskakas Puppet Theatre (Vaskakas Bábszínház) performances running May 9–17 and again May 23–31, with tickets from about 6 to 38 USD. On May 17, the city’s beloved Győr Antiques Fair (Győri Régiségvásár) returns, a regular throughout the year. The 19th GyőrKids Festival (Győrkőcfesztivál) runs July 3–5, transforming the city for children with performances, play zones, and immersive fun.
