Siófok is turning up the volume on the south shore of Lake Balaton this summer. From June 5 to July 7, multiple venues across the city serve up packed weekends and late nights: beach festivals, chart-topping concerts, theater under the stars, lavender harvests, open-air games, jazz, techno, kids’ adventures on the water, and sunset cruises that keep the vibe rolling long after daylight slips away.
Move With Us: Sports Day on the Main Beach
June 12, 10:00–15:00, Siófok Main Beach (Siófoki Nagystrand). Pick a sport and dive in. Football, tennis, basketball, chess, beach volleyball, dance, martial arts—coaches and athletes guide you through playful, hands-on challenges. Local sports clubs showcase their programs, while families meet the faces behind Siófok’s active scene. The day’s headliners are winners from Exatlon Hungary—meet Réka Szabó, Gábor Koplányi, and the challengers’ crew. It’s all about stamina, confidence, team spirit, and healthy fun for every age.
June 12–14: Beach Beats, Pages, and Purple Fields
June 12 brings NECC PARTY at Plázs Siófok from 22:00 to 04:00, while DESH hits the same beach stage 19:00–23:00. Earlier at 17:00, BRTK Library hosts the launch of SiópArt 2026/2 and Perczel “75.” From June 12–14, ÉnKertem’s Lavender Harvest (136 Diófás Street) opens for fragrant picking sessions on the city’s edge.
June 13: Sunrise Sound Baths and Night Movers
Start Saturday with a sound bath led by Kitty J. Zeller at BRTK Library (09:30), then head to Plázs for EL PASO featuring Purebeat, Chriss Jay, Rick Wayne, Polevaya, Wizty, and resident Barta. Carson Coma closes the night 19:00–23:00. All week, June 8–14, choose between Siófok boat trips and a playful outdoor sightseeing adventure game that turns landmarks into clues.
June 19–21: Classics, Openings, Everness
Neoton Família lights up Plázs on June 19, 19:00–23:00. The same night, Metzker & Friends opens its Friday Arena run with Viktória Metzker, Milán Koósz, Mario, and Pixa, with K-OSZ TV broadcasting live. Lavender Harvest returns June 19–21, while the Everness Festival runs June 19–28.
June 20: Streets, Sand, and Strategy
The 2nd Street Music Cavalcade turns Siófok into a live playlist—multiple city spots, eclectic genres, spontaneous stops. Join Siófok Walks, test your toss at the 2nd Siófok Mölkky Championship from 13:00 in the Beszédes József School park (winners take home real Mölkky sets, plus a Finnish quiz for brave souls). Plázs hosts Pogány Induló, and the Disco Boat sails from the harbor.
June 22–28: Read on the Beach, Party at AstroFest
More boat tours and city adventure games run June 22–28. From June 22 to August 19, the Beach Library pops up on Sóstó and Újhely beaches. On June 26, the BNK (Bódis-Nagy Katinka) Dance Association lights up the stage at the Kálmán Imre Cultural Center with summer, Balaton, and pop hits. AstroFest at Plázs (June 26–27) spreads across stages: Bruno x Spacc, ValMar, Bréda Bia, Mihályfi Luca, Blansch, Metzker & Friends, Pumped Gabo, StadiumX, KKevin, T. Danny, and more, plus One Dance, VIP pool sessions, and limited tickets. Lavender returns June 26–28. Add Siófok Walks (June 27) and another Disco Boat (June 27). June 28 starts early with the 35th National Coin Collectors’ Meeting (08:00–12:00, Gyula Krúdy Vocational School), then St. Martin performs at 17:00 in the Lutheran Church.
July 1–7: Swinging New York, Star Rap, and Family Boats
On July 1, Veres 1 Theater (Veres 1 Színház) stages American Comedy—a swing musical based on Károly Aszlányi’s play, set on the 1938 luxury liner La Paz bound for Monte Carlo. Cast includes Kata Janza/Mónika Horváth, Kornél Simon, Ádám Bálint, and more. Music by Artisjus and Fonogram award-winner Bálint Bársony; directed by Károly Peller. Duration: 100 minutes plus intermission. Tickets: Category I–IV at $34–$45 (converted from 12,000–7,500 HUF). The same night, Majka announces an August 1 Plázs date (gates 19:00). July 2 brings Krisz Rudi’s exclusive “Homokba rajzolt szerelem” beach concert with guest AK26 (gates 19:00). July 3: Siófok Walks, BSW and the Gang, and Metzker & Friends with BSW’s Gaben (DJ set), Bogi Nagy, and Milán Koósz. July 4 packs a Disco Boat, Dzsúdló at Plázs (gates 19:00), plus a Kids’ Boat with pirates, magicians, treasure hunts, and games. July 6–7 extend boat tours, the city game, and another Disco Boat on July 7. Lavender Harvest continues through July 7.
July 9–12: Legends, Fiddlers, Techno, and Jazz
July 9 brings Mobb Deep to Plázs (gates 19:00), an Esti Chill sunset cruise with cocktails and curated beats, and Fiddler on the Roof by Vörösmarty Theater (Vörösmarty Színház) at the Kálmán Imre Open-Air Stage, 5 Jókai Park, 21:00 (rain date July 10). Tickets: $25–$39 (converted from 9,000–14,000 HUF). July 10: Siófok Walks; Róbert Szikora and R-GO at Plázs (gates 19:00); Metzker & Friends with Mollywood and Hazetomika; plus TechnoMatch from 23:00 with Henrieta Fogel, Vuiiitka, Mario Baric, Ervo, Spica, and Bohnicsek—international energy, underground spirit. Also July 10–12: the 10th Balaton Babetta Tour (BAHART marina) and the New Orleans Jazz Festival. July 11 repeats the Disco Boat and Kids’ Boat, then the Ultra Color Festival splashes Plázs July 11–12.
July 13–19: Jungle Law, Follow The Flow, and Night Rides
From July 13–19, pick between boat trips and the outdoor adventure game. July 15 brings The Jungle Book by Pannon Castle Theater (Pannon Várszínház) at 20:00 (rain date July 16), with a large cast, muscular choreography, and a finale that stares down a world in need of saving. Tickets: $24–$35 (converted from 7,000–10,000 HUF). July 16 sails another Esti Chill. July 17 celebrates 10 years of Follow The Flow at Plázs (gates 19:00), plus the BAHART x Plázs Boat Party at 20:00 with Viktória Metzker and Milán Koósz. Also on the 17th: Plázs Boat and Róbert Koltai’s “Sose halok meg?” at the Kálmán Imre Cultural Center, Teátrum ($7). July 18 returns the Kids’ Boat, the Disco Boat, and Siófok Walks—and rolls out the Iccakai Kiskör Night Ride: gather at the Water Tower at sunset (on-site registration 18:00–21:00), start at 21:00, ride to Szántód, ferry to the Tihany lookout, push to Balatonfüred, Alsóörs’ pub row, refresh at Kenese, moon-watch at Balatonvilágos, and circle back to Siófok. July 19 closes this stretch with comedian Péter Aranyosi’s solo show The Digital Ninja at the Kálmán Imre Open-Air Stage, 20:30 ($19–$24).
