The entry deadline for the cook-off is July 1, 16:00.
Pálinka Takes the Stage
The 12th Pálinka Showcase unfolds at the old school building, 75 St. Stephen the King (Szent István Király) Road. Submissions close July 3 at 16:00; each sample must be 10.1 oz. Locals enter free; non-residents pay $2.75 per sample. Expert evaluations lead to the awards at 16:45 on July 4.
