Nagykanizsa rolls out a year packed with culture, flavors, and community spirit, centered on 21 Erzsébet Square (Erzsébet tér 21) in the city center. With the Tourinform Office curating the best picks, there’s something every week: concerts from near and far, craft workshops, family days, stand-up comedy, candlelit classical hits, rock and roll, and a beloved potato-dumpling festival. Locals and visitors get the full blend—tradition, gastronomy, music, and modern vibes—across iconic venues like the Sándor Hevesi Cultural Center (Hevesi Sándor Művelődési Központ) and Medgyaszay House (Medgyaszay Ház).

Summer starts with tradition and world sounds
