On December 26, 2025, the ARAZ Restaurant in Budapest (Budapest) transforms into a festive retreat for its Christmas Brunch. From noon to 3 p.m., guests can indulge in unlimited servings of classic holiday dishes, accompanied by endless house wine, draft beer, champagne, soft drinks, and mineral water—plus, everyone receives a coffee. Violinist Eliza Bliss sets the mood. Entry requires advance ticket purchase.
The Festive Menu
Warm up with traditional fisherman’s soup or veal ragout with cabbage. Appetizers include cognac duck liver pâté with pickled prunes and hazelnuts, a vegetarian plate of squash with goat cheese, walnuts, and maple syrup, smoked mackerel with egg salad, beet hummus with dried dates and pita, and salmon ceviche with mango and coriander. There is also a well-stocked salad bar.
Main Courses and Sides
Take your pick of glazed Christmas ham or whole roast orange turkey from the carving station. The buffet features confit duck legs with honey-soy sauce, black mussels in smoked bacon-vegetable broth, whole roast salmon with fennel and champagne sauce, and vegetarian gnocchi with wild mushrooms and parmesan.
Sweet Finish
End your meal with hazelnut Paris-Brest, stollen with egg liqueur sauce, Eszterházy cake (Eszterházy torta), passion fruit panna cotta, Christmas pudding with coconut-brandy sauce, and a fruit platter.

All this for $52 per person, plus a 12% service charge. Kids under 6 eat free and there’s a 50% discount for children under 12. Parking is free in the Nyár Street (Nyár utca) underground garage. Organizers reserve the right to change the program and schedule.
