The ART Piknik returns to Pannonhalma June 12–14, 2026, serving up a long weekend where food and art mingle in the open air across multiple venues. It’s a free-to-enter festival that brings together Michelin-starred chefs, top restaurants from across Hungary, and makers whose work you can taste, touch, and talk about. Star guests: chefs Ákos Sárközi and Jenő Rácz. The vibe stays breezy and unpretentious: you eat something great and you know exactly who made it, while artists chat, demo, and display right beside you. The Pannonhalma landscape does the rest.
Why it hits different
This is not just a food fest, and not just an arts event. It’s a real blend—good food, smart conversation, handmade design, colorful creativity, summer air, the rolling hills of Pannonhalma, and actual people meeting face-to-face. Expect design pieces, exhibitions, performances, and hands-on experiences you can question and handle. The artists are here, the chefs are here, and nothing is roped off.
