November 19 is for French patisserie lovers who want to master lemon and chocolate-pear tarts. Then, on November 22, try creating Christmas cookies from around the world: Swedish Lussebullar (saffron buns), German almond marzipan clouds, and French pain d’épices (gingerbread loaf).
Strudel Glory and XXL Macarons
Keep rolling with strudel workshops on November 22, 24, and December 13, with fillings like cherry-poppy seed, apple-walnut, cottage cheese-peach, and pumpkin-poppy seed. On November 25, go big with XXL macarons—bake two giant shells, whip up a luscious cream, and build the ultimate showstopper meringue cake.
Festive Baking Fun
