By Halloween (October 31), switch gears and take a macaron course featuring caramel and pear flavors. Macaron fever continues through November with classes highlighting mango-caramel, strawberry, hazelnut, and gingerbread macarons.

French Treats & Global Holiday Sweets

November 19 is for French patisserie lovers who want to master lemon and chocolate-pear tarts. Then, on November 22, try creating Christmas cookies from around the world: Swedish Lussebullar (saffron buns), German almond marzipan clouds, and French pain d’épices (gingerbread loaf).
