On September 20-21, 2025, Breier Farm (Breier Tanyá) transforms into a paradise for foodies and fun-seekers with the 3rd Beer and Pork Knuckle Festival. Both days offer irresistible pork dishes, fresh local brews, and non-stop entertainment.
Saturday: Carnival Vibes and Family Fun
Gates open at 10 AM, kicking off a full day of family activities until 7 PM. Little ones can enjoy the Baby-Mommy Corner, magic shows, face painting, balloon animals, and can meet their favorite storybook characters wandering the farm all afternoon. The amusement park features bumper cars, Latin dance performances, a children’s carousel, a mini train, bounce houses, fishing games, and a Jurassic-themed bouncy castle. For adrenaline junkies, there’s a strength hammer, boxing machine, tractor rides, Segway rides, and, weather permitting, hot air balloon rides.
Adults get their own dose of excitement: at 3 PM, the thrilling Beer Barrel Toss contest rolls in, followed by a beer-drinking showdown from 5–6:45 PM. Music sets the mood with Band of Street starting at 12:30 PM, and the Mondschein Brass Band (Mondschein Kapelle) taking the stage from 6 PM until the party ends at 2 AM.
Sunday: More Food, Magic, and Music
Sunday starts up again at 10 AM and keeps going strong with Edu’s magic show and the Dudó Show for kids. The Bergschein Brass Band (Bergschein Kapelle) provides an afternoon of live music, and hot air balloon rides return from 3–5 PM (weather permitting). Family-friendly favorites like tractor rides, bounce houses, giant bubble-blowing, oversized soccer darts, exhibitions, skill tents, and the artisan market keep everyone entertained.
Food, Farm, and Stay
Nobody leaves hungry: the menu celebrates Bavarian classics like roasted pork knuckle, sausages, and sweet steamed dumplings. Most ingredients come straight from Breier Farm’s (Breier Tanyá) fields and animals, ensuring freshness in every bite. Visitors can savor farm-to-table meals at the bistro, shop for local products at the Farm Shop, and enjoy apartment or castle-style accommodations. The farm also boasts a two-hectare park, a playground, and a terrace, promising a cozy, unforgettable countryside getaway.
