November 21–23, the Béla Bartók (Bartók Béla) Ball takes over multiple venues with a heady mix of art, culture, and food. For three days, it’s all about slipping into the neighborhood vibe and uncovering hidden gems, as restaurants, cafés, bars, and community spots throw open their doors with welcoming energy and colorful programs.
Eat, stroll, repeat
This year debuts special walkable tasting plates—created just for the event and offered in different styles across several locations—so you can graze while you explore. Expect a roaming feast stitched together by galleries, stages, and hangouts that turn the area into a lively cultural route.
Where the city shines
One of the highlights sits in the city center’s prettiest pocket: Scruton V.P., just a few minutes’ walk from Ferenciek Square (Ferenciek tere). It’s the kind of place that’s always a pleasure to step into—now even more so, as it joins a long list of partners welcoming curious visitors and regulars alike.
