Boglart Festival returns to the shores of Lake Balaton from August 26–30, 2026, setting up at Babel Camp, 8630 Balatonboglár, Szabadság utca 28. Now in its seventh edition, the event blends a music camp, folk and world music festival, industry forum, and showcase. Days focus on learning; nights light up with concerts across two stages, then dancing until dawn in the folk pub.
Daytime Workshops, Nighttime Dancing
What makes Boglart special is its dual nature: it’s a creative space and community hangout as much as a concert series. Attendees can dive into workshops where many performers also teach, covering everything from Moldavian and string folk techniques to music industry know-how. As the sun sets, bands rotate through evening sets, followed by a táncház and a world music–electronic afterparty that keeps the floor moving.
International Lineup, Local Hosts
Freshly announced acts include Belgium’s Enara Navaira, Senegal’s Afrikora, Istria’s Veja, plus Hungarian names Okos Viola, Obadu, and festival hosts Góbé. A showcase block returns after last year’s buzz, inviting Hungarian and international professionals to meet, swap ideas, and discover new talent.
Tickets, Deals, and Access
Early-bird pricing applies now for festival passes, combined passes, 48-hour tickets, and day tickets. Discounted options are available for under-18s, over-64s, and teachers.
