The 7th Boglart Festival lands on the shores of Lake Balaton from August 26–30, 2026, turning Balatonboglár’s Babel Camp (8630, Szabadság utca 28) into a buzzing folk and world music hub. It’s equal parts festival, hands-on music course, industry forum, and showcase: days are for learning, nights for concerts on two stages, followed by a folk pub dance that rolls on until dawn.

Boglart blends a music camp’s focus with a festival’s energy. By day, workshops dive into Moldavian and string folk techniques and practical music industry know-how; by night, the dance floor takes over. Lineup and Nightlife
Freshly announced: Belgium’s Enara Navaira, Senegal’s Afrikora, Istria’s Veja, plus Hungarian favorites Okos Viola, Obadu, and the festival’s resident hosts, Góbé. Concert evenings flow into táncház sessions, then a world-music-meets-electronic afterglow.
Showcase and Pro Connections
After last year’s strong buzz, the showcase block returns, giving Hungarian and international professionals space to meet and collaborate. Expect the first wave of performers in the second half of November.
