Budafoki Pincejárat is back for 2025, turning the Wine Quarter (Bornegyed) into Budapest’s easiest wine escape on the first Saturday of every month. Think tastings, exhibitions, easygoing live music, and legendary sparkling houses, all packed into one neighborhood just 30 minutes from the city center. Free shuttles run between venues from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so you can sip, stroll, and repeat without worrying about logistics.

The next edition lands on Saturday, November 8, 2025, with open cellars, guided tours, and enough fizz to keep spirits high well into the evening.

Cellar Walks With Wine and Sparkling

Törley Sparkling Wine Cellar (Törley Pezsgőpincészet) (1221 Budapest, Anna u. 7.) offers a 1:00 PM guided cellar tour delving into the Törley family story and the secrets of Hungarian sparkling production. Includes three glasses of bubbly and a souvenir glass. Price: $16.40/person.

Promontorium Wine Order Cellar (Promontorium Borlovagrendi Pince) at Záborszky Cellar (Záborszky Pince) (1222 Budapest, Nagytétényi út 24–26.) hosts the Wine Order from 6:00–7:00 PM with guest Marianne Szaplonczay. One complimentary glass of wine, free entry.
