On Christmas Eve, ARAZ Restaurant fills with warmth, candlelight, and the scent of a festive tree as it hosts a buffet dinner with unlimited house wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, and coffee. Carvery: glazed Christmas ham (GF, LF), pistachio-crusted rack of lamb with rosemary jus, and whole roasted orange turkey. Buffet mains: confit duck leg with honey–soy sauce (GF, LF), mussels in a smoky bacon–vegetable sauce, octopus and tiger prawns with saffron risotto, whole roasted salmon with fennel and Champagne sauce (GF), gnocchi with wild mushrooms, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan crisp (vegetarian), and salmon quiche with sour cream and caviar.
