Their state-of-the-art concert hall hosts Hungarian talent and international stars, while the nostalgia-steeped café and sleek, modern bistro keep spirits and appetites satisfied day and night.
Jam Sessions, Big Names, and Tributes
Concerts start at 8 PM every night, but real night owls live for the legendary jam sessions running Tuesday through Saturday from 10 PM. October 26 kicks things off with a bang: the Budapest Jazz Orchestra, featuring Gergő Borlai, presents a Buddy Rich Tribute in memory of Sándor Kármán. The excitement continues with Nikoletta Szőke’s “Gipsy Queen Live” on October 27, the Gábor Szalay Organ Trio on the 28th, and radiocafé’s “Hari_drama” on the 29th, just before Wednesday’s Open Jam with the Zoltán Oláh Trio.
October wraps up with two jazz blowouts on the 30th—the BJC Cafe Jam, followed by ALERANT Jazz Night starring the Richárd Révész Latin Quartet and Yulaysi Miranda. Halloween brings the Borbély-Dresch Quartet and a free jam session with the Attila Rieger Trio.
