Budapest’s ARAZ Restaurant is rolling out a flexible Sunday lunch in 2026 with build-your-own two- or three-course menus. Diners can choose from three soups, five mains, and three desserts, crafted weekly by Chef de Cuisine Áron Barka and his team. Every menu includes a mineral water or soft drink, a glass of wine or beer, plus coffee. Service runs 12:00–14:30 at 1074 Budapest, Erzsébetváros, Dohány Street (Dohány utca) 42–44.
Soups:
– Pork goulash with csipetke (gluten-free)
– Spiced tomato soup with house-made pasta and mozzarella (vegetarian)
– Jókai bean soup (gluten-free option)
Mains:
– BBQ pulled chicken lángos, smoked cheese, spiced sour cream
– Csáky-style steak, buttered nokedli, beet salad
– Chicken quesadilla, tomato sour cream
– Penne arrabbiata, olive–chickpea patties (vegetarian)
– Dubarry chicken breast, sesame rice, carrot salad (gluten-free)
Desserts:
– Vargabéles cake with rum raisins
– Apple crumble cake with vanilla custard
– Chocolate rice pudding with raspberry sauce
Two courses: $19.20 per person. Three courses: $23.40 per person. A 12% service charge will be added to the bill. For groups over 10, please email in advance. Driving? Show your bill at reception before leaving to validate your parking ticket.
