Budapest’s ARAZ Restaurant is bringing back its build‑your‑own Sunday lunch in 2026, with two‑ or three‑course menus you can mix and match. Every week, Chef de Cuisine Áron Barka and his team refresh the lineup, letting diners choose from three soups, five mains, and three desserts right in the city center at 42–44 Dohány Street, 1074. The offer runs on weekends from 12:00 to 14:30 and includes a complimentary drink: mineral water or a soft drink, a glass of wine or beer, plus coffee. A 12% service charge is added to the final bill, and parties of more than 10 are asked to email ahead. Driving? Show your bill at reception to validate parking before you leave.

Soups come with a twist: Frankfurter soup with sausage chips; coconut‑milk spicy carrot cream soup with naan (vegetarian, lactose‑free); and turkey meatball ragout with bulgur and green beans (lactose‑free).

Go classic with breaded cod over spinach risotto; sweet‑potato pork meatballs with jalapeño‑cheddar sauce in a baguette; spiced boneless chicken thigh with cheesy spiral pastry, green beans, and pumpkin purée; a vegetarian breaded cheese burger with coleslaw; or hearty Vasi roast with mashed potatoes, roasted cabbage, and cucumber salad (lactose‑free).
Sweet Finish
Desserts include rum baba with cream cheese and salted caramel; diplomat pudding; and coffee‑cream profiteroles with sour cherry ragout.
