Get hands-on with the wild
Ever wanted to watch a sand tiger shark devour lunch? Curious how snakes swallow their meals? Here, you don’t just watch—at select programs you can help feed animals, guided by keepers. In the rainforest zone, pick up feed from a vending machine and hand-feed dazzling koi carp living beside the alligators. Join guided tours to study piranha behavior and help feed rays, monkeys, and birds under expert supervision.

Monkey feedings usually run 11:30–12:00 and 15:30–16:00. In the rainforest, you can feed the koi beside the alligator habitat using vending-machine pellets. During guided tours, expect piranha observation and supervised feeding of rays, monkeys, and birds.
Sharks, rays, reptiles, and rainstorms
This shark zoo gathers creatures from across the globe: languid alligators, exotic reptiles and amphibians, tiny monkeys, free-flying birds, and thousands of vividly colored fish—including the ocean’s heavyweight celebrities, the sharks. At the ray touch pool, visitors can pet and, with keeper help, even feed these graceful marine stars.
Walk under the hunters
Beneath the shark tank runs a 39-foot panoramic tunnel that brings sand tiger and brown sharks within arm’s reach of your gaze. On Thursdays at 15:00, divers hand-feed the predators in a dramatic show. In the rainforest zone, tropical rain bursts over the alligators every 15 minutes, completing the jungle vibe.
