Budapest’s Csepel Ice Park is back for the 2025–2026 season at St. Emeric Square (Szent Imre tér), serving up an unmatched winter playground through February 28, 2026. Wrapped in a gorgeous panorama, Hungary’s only two-level ice rink invites everyone to skate, unwind, and make family memories. The showpiece: a 1,312-foot ice corridor with a 3.5% grade and a glowing light tunnel, plus continuous skating even during ice resurfacing, thanks to upgraded tech.

What’s New

The entire look gets a refresh this season: a brand-new lighting system, modern visuals, and fresh photo spots that amp up the atmosphere. The redesigned track layout brings slopes and climbs for a more dynamic ride, while the expanded ice corridor delivers extra thrills for confident skaters.

Family-Friendly

Beginners and kids can rent penguin and bear skate aids. Gear up with skate rentals in sizes 25–50, and get blades sharpened on-site.

Hours

Open daily from 8:00 to 21:00. Ticket office closes, and last entry is at 20:30.

Prices

– Skate sharpening: $5.50 per pair (2,000 HUF)
– Skate rental: $5.50 per pair (2,000 HUF)
– Penguin/bear aid: $4.10 per half-hour (1,500 HUF)
– Lockers: $1.40 per use (500 HUF); cloakroom small $0.80 (300 HUF), medium $1.40 (500 HUF), large $2.20 (800 HUF)
– Entry: free up to age 3; $6.80 (2,500 HUF) ages 3+; $4.10 (1,500 HUF) with Csepel address card
