Budapest is kicking off 2026 with a packed run of Kockabarát toy fairs, pop-up markets, and a hands-on LEGO playhouse, running from January to June across multiple districts. Expect piles of LEGO minifigures, plants, baseplates, polybags, parts and accessories, plus keychains, vehicles, and seasonal gifts. Playmobil and Schleich figures share space with board games and model cars, while LEGO themes span Dots, Bionicle, and Cars (Verdák).
January 2: LEGO Playhouse
The year opens with Kockabarátok – LEGO Playhouse (LEGO játszóház), a family-friendly play space promising multi-zone brick building and activities for kids and adults alike. Build memories together at 1028 Budapest, District 2, Templom u. 2–10. It’s all about free play, creativity, and big tubs of bricks.
January 10: Klauzál Square Market
Next up, the Kockabarát LEGO and toy fair fills the Klauzál Square Market Hall (Klauzál téri Vásárcsarnok) in District 7 (Erzsébetváros), Klauzál tér 11. Tables brim with LEGO minifigures, plants, baseplates, polybags, parts, LEGO books and notebooks, keychains and vehicles, plus great post-holiday deals. Browse Playmobil, Schleich, board games, and model cars alongside Dots and Bionicle.
KMO Mini Fairs: Monthly Sundays
From winter into summer, a series of “mini fair” pop-ins (kis börze) join the KMO Auto Model Fair (KMO Autómodell) at KMO Cultural Center (KMO Művelődési Ház), 1191 Budapest, District 19 – Kispest, Teleki u. 50, on 2026.01.18, 02.15, 03.22, 05.17, and 06.21. Stock repeats by design: LEGO minifigures, plants, baseplates, polybags, accessories, notebooks, keychains, vehicles, holiday gifts, Cars (Verdák), Dots, Bionicle, plus Playmobil, Schleich, and board games.
