
A summer-long cultural binge returns to Buda’s leafy heart as the Városmajor Summer Festival (Városmajori Nyári Fesztivál) spans early summer to fall at the revamped, old-tree-framed outdoor stage. More than seventy shows roll out — from theater premieres and kids’ favorites to concerts, comedy, talks, and film — crafting a genre-hopping program that lures loyal fans and newcomers alike.

(Csengetett, MyLord?) on July 13–14. Rock collides with orchestra in Icons RockSymphonic – 15 Women, 15 World Hits (15 művésznő, 15 világsláger) on July 15. Family time arrives July 16 with Anikó Csetényi – Gábor Presser: The Red Umbrella (A piros esernyő). Eszter Ráskó debuts a new solo on July 19. Agatha Christie – Gerald Verner: Towards Zero (Éjféltájt) chills on July 20, while László Mérő: Everyone Is Happy Differently (Mindenki másképp boldog) provokes thought on July 21. Gábor Németh – Zsombor Aurél Biró: Give It Your All, or the Peace of Souls (Mindent bele, avagy a lelkek nyugalma) lands July 24; the Budapest Klezmer Band plays July 26; Zséda – SIGNO closes July with a July 31 concert.
