
After 400 years, the Budavár (Buda Castle) Synagogue has reopened in the Buda Castle District and is once again welcoming the Jewish community at 26 Táncsics Mihály Street, 1014. The historic space is back on the cultural and spiritual map with a growing program lineup in 2025.
Weekly Teachings
Starting Friday, 2025.11.07, Rabbi Asher Faith leads a recurring lecture series titled The Map of the Soul every Friday at the Budavár (Buda Castle) Synagogue. The sessions continue on 2025.11.14, with more Fridays to follow. The weekly rhythm aims to build a steady community around reflection, learning, and conversation.
