CircleFest 2025 (KerekFeszt 2025) takes over Circleville (Kerekegyháza) from September 12 to 14, promising non-stop action and tradition. The excitement kicks off on Friday at 5 PM with the opening of the “Circleville: Past–Present–Future” (Kerekegyháza: Past–Present–Future) exhibition.
Spectacular Saturday
Saturday features the legendary horse parade at 1 PM, celebrating a tradition since 1979. Local groups bring the stage to life, including the Rainbow Group from Bóbita Kindergarten (Bóbita Óvoda), Spring Wind Folk Choir (Tavaszi Szél Folk Choir), Kereki Songsters, Senior Joy Dance, and KDC Dance Club. By 4 PM, it’s the kids’ turn with a concert by the APACUKA band, followed by a roaring car and bike procession. There’s a rim-holding contest and a beauty pageant for rides. Mayor Dr. Márk Kelemen takes the stage at 7 PM for a flurry of awards, such as the Flowery Kereki Yard Award and competition results.
After Dark Extravaganza
Music pulses all evening—live performance by NEOTON FAMILY STARS (NEOTON FAMÍLIA SZTÁRJAI) at 8 PM, fireworks at 9:30, then SOULWAVE, SUNCITY BRASS, and a late-night closing party with GYEZSO.
Sunday: Slow Down and Savor
Sunday begins with worship at 9 and 10 AM in the town’s churches, plus morning exhibitions until noon at the József Katona Cultural House (Katona József Cultural House).
