Alkoss velünk! arrives at Ajka’s László Nagy City Cultural Center on November 17, 2025, turning a Monday into a creative escape with art history and hands-on making. Hosted by art historians and museum educators from the Museum of Fine Arts – Hungarian National Gallery, this adults-only program mixes a quick, digestible art history talk with a themed project, with topics and techniques changing each session. It’s free, but you must register in advance. Venue: 8400 Ajka, Szabadság Square (Szabadság tér) 13, 4–6 p.m.
What You’ll Do
No drawing skills needed. All tools and materials are provided. Sessions run about 120 minutes with a maximum of 17 participants. Expect guided creative work and an immersive painting experience designed for art lovers and anyone itching to make something of their own.

1. The most famous Hungarian and European paintings + decoupage. 2. Treasures of the Middle Ages + surprise painting. 3. Landscapes and still lifes + sun printmaking. 4. The art of József Rippl-Rónai + immersive painting, Rippl-style. 5. Love stories + watercolor.
