2025 turns Sundays on their head in Dabas: every second Sunday, the National Animal and Flea Market packs the Fairground (Vásártér) from dawn with sellers and treasure hunters. Expect full-on market buzz—racks of clothes, furniture, antiques, gifts, toys, and a jungle of plants. Hungry? Food stalls keep the grills hot and the pastries fresh.
The animal section sells both farm animals and pets, with one hard rule: bringing in dogs or horses to sell is strictly forbidden anywhere on the grounds.
