Strict Rules to Keep It Authentic
The fair runs Sundays per the calendar from 7am to 2pm at Debrecen Nagyerdei Stadium’s northern closed parking lot (Nagyerdei Park 12, 4032). Easy access via public transport: tram 1, or buses 10, 12, 13, 22, 24—get off at Clinics (Klinikák) stop. Setup and unloading starts strictly at 5am sharp. Post-2pm, everyone packs by 3pm and leaves the spot spotless. The lot has a barrier—mandatory pre-registration via contacts for spots.
Only antiques, retro items, art-related objects, and tools sell here—violators get booted instantly, checked every time. No new goods allowed. Traders can’t hassle each other, buyers, or organizers. Keep your pitch tidy and pro-looking: tents, tables, cloths, even rugs under goods. Leave paths clear, stay in bounds, follow fire safety. Everyone’s on their own for laws on totalitarian symbols or precious metals sales.
Banned items (per 35/1995 (IV.5.) decree): cultural artifacts, cave formations, fossils, firearms, signal guns, ammo, air guns, explosives, precious metals.
