HajĂłsi PĂ©ter, Sumer Free University’s regular speaker and paleoastronautics-ancient myths expert, shares two decades of global alternative history sources. Plus, book launch for “AlternatĂv vĂĄlaszok elhallgatott törtĂ©nelmĂŒnkben” (Alternative Answers to Our Suppressed History), spotlighting wild cultural matches across ancient civilizations. March 28 spotlights FrĂ©dĂ©ric Chopin: TizenhĂ©t lengyel dal â magyar nyelven (Seventeen Polish Songs â in Hungarian). Sung by TakĂĄcs Lilla from Hungarian State Opera; piano by Cs. Nagy IldikĂł. The cycle features Chopin’s Polish poetry songs; lyrics versified by Varga-BĂrĂł TamĂĄs and TakĂĄcs Lilla. 2024 album released with WacĆaw Felczak Foundation backing. Tickets $8. April 28’s ĂpĂtsĂŒnk kapcsolatot a harmonika hangjĂĄn (Building Connections on Accordion Sounds) links our music school to Denmark’s Danish National Academy of Music. Star accordion master student Szokolai Gergely and cellist Ksymena Slusarczyk deliver rare classical accordion â worlds away from what you know, uplifting and fresh. Free and open. May 7, storyteller Berecz AndrĂĄs rocks Fel a medvĂ©re, a fa nem jĂĄtĂ©k! (Up the Bear, Tree Ain’t Toy!). Doors 6pm, show 6:30pm. May 15’s VĂĄlasztĂĄsaim?
