Thursday, November 27, 2025 — a one-night dinner mashup at Giulia (Budapest), where chefs Áron Kelemen and Armando Mundaraín fuse Mediterranean vibes with Eastern spices. The menu kicks off with sun-dried tomato hummus and basil tahini, then moves into an Eastern beetroot salad with burrata and quinoa, plus a pear–gorgonzola bulgur “risotto” topped with roasted celeriac and rosé duck breast.
Main Acts
There’s also a lamb harira lasagna layered with shakshuka cream and a bright citrus yogurt that cuts through the richness. It’s comfort food rerouted through the Levant, plated with a wink and plenty of herbs.
Sweet Finish
Dessert seals the deal: a cannolo stuffed with honeyed labneh and pistachios, a silky, nutty finale that bridges Sicily and the Middle East in one crisp bite.
