This experience invites wine lovers to walk Eger’s classic Kadarka sites with expert hosts, uncovering the grape’s true character from rootstock to pour. Expect bottled wines, tank and barrel samples, clone talk, and terroir tales brought to life on the slopes of Sík Hill (Síkhegy).

Schedule and stops
Start at 14:00 at the Kistályai út cellar. After the 2025 Rosé welcome pour and Polyák’s talk, set off uphill. Stop 1: Tihamér Triangle for a guided stroll through Kadarka rows, Egri Kadarka 2024 Premier, and 2025 tank samples for a peek at wines in progress. Stop 2: Akácos Farm junction, with the story of Kadarka clones and a pour of Kadarka Siller 2025. Stop 3: Egri Kadarka Superior 2023 and an Egri Kadarka Superior 2025 barrel sample. Final stop: Sík Hill (Síkhegy), for a premium tasting featuring Egri Pinot Noir Superior 2021 and Egri Bull’s Blood (Egri Bikavér) Superior 2022.
Dinner with a view
Dinner unfolds in full panorama: beef goulash from the show bogrács, sourdough bread, then homemade strudel. After golden hour wraps the vines, the minibus takes everyone comfortably back to base.
