On October 25, 2025, Hungary’s Festetics Palace in Keszthely will transform its northern wing for something truly unique: Alvószínház (Sleeping Theater) with Angéla Eke. This event puts a twist on the classic theater experience—you don’t sit in rows but snuggle into a dreamy installation of cozy beds and plush blankets, all hand-painted by Anna Amélie. Forget stiff seats; here, twenty-five lucky guests will literally be tucked in by Angéla Eke herself.
A Night of Storytelling and Comfort
After you’re warmly settled, Angéla will read a special story designed to quiet the mind and lull you into tranquility. The concept merges traditional “readers’ theater” with pure comfort, elevating storytelling to a sensory experience—rest, relaxation, and perhaps even sleep, all wrapped in literal warmth.
Don’t Snooze on Tickets
Spaces are limited to just 25 participants. There are two sessions: afternoon and evening, with registration and ticketing available on-site or online. It’s a blend of art, comfort, and a touch of fairytale magic—don’t miss your chance to drift away inside a palace!
