+
Reachable from Budapest by car in about 1–1.5 hours; parking at a castle site is typically straightforward
+
Monthly Sunday schedule makes it easy to slot into a Hungary itinerary year-round
+
Backed by national botanical experts, so plant lovers get legit depth comparable to top botanical gardens worldwide - Fehérvárcsurgó isn’t a globally famous destination, so first-time visitors may need extra planning and navigation
Cons
Public transport from Budapest can be slower or involve transfers; a rental car is simpler
Runs “in any weather,” which can mean mud, rain, or winter chill—less fun for small kids
