TE!Feszt, the Terézváros Festival, takes over Andrássy Avenue in Budapest for the fifth time on August 29–30, 2025, promising a lively and completely free celebration with music, theater, hands-on activities, and family entertainment. The festival stretches between Izabella Street (Izabella utca) and Kodály Circus (Kodály körönd), offering a long weekend where everyone is the star.
Main Stage Highlights
Friday kicks off at 4:30 PM with Romano Drom, followed by Galaxisok at 6:30 PM. Mayor Tamás Soproni will give a welcome speech at 8:30 PM, then Kelemen Kabátban closes out the night. Saturday picks up the pace with children’s puppet theater and music at 10:00 AM, followed by circus acts, musical theater, live jazz from the Hot Jazz Band, and Szabó Balázs’s Band (Szabó Balázs Bandája) before Hiperkarma wraps things up at 8:30 PM.
More Than Just Music
The smaller stage features everything from K-POP dance and flamenco to family concerts and storytelling. Pop-up acts fill the square—think bubble shows, drumming, magic, and even majorettes. Dozens of tents host craft workshops, board games, iris photography, henna, glitter tattoos, activities for dogs, recycled art, and more—all running throughout Saturday. The event also includes interactive literature sessions, cycling games, and community projects.
For All Ages
With theater troupes, NGOs, and local organizations participating, TE!Feszt ensures everyone finds something for themselves, whether it’s jazz, crafts, or circus stunts. Don’t miss the fifth edition of this fun-filled festival!
