The 15th Finn Film Days rolls into Budapest (Budapest) February 18–22, hosted by FinnAgora, the Finnish Institute in Budapest (Budapest). This anniversary edition zeroes in on transitions, exploring how we face change through contemporary Finnish cinema. The lineup spans eight feature films, four documentaries, and three short film collections, charting everything from personal upheavals to social shifts, with fresh voices and veteran directors in the mix.
Beyond the Screen
It’s not just about sitting in the dark. The festival also features music and community events, creating space for audiences to meet, debate, and celebrate the stories on show. From post-screening conversations to live sets, the program aims to make the theme of transitions feel lived-in and shared across the city.
